Seeking an experienced, innovative, and customer-service oriented leader to serve as the Chief Information Officer of the Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) Division, the Senior Associate Vice Provost hired Next Generation to conduct a national search. R&DE is the second largest auxiliary organization with approximately 800 full time, bargaining unit, and contingent employees and an operating budget of $180 million. As a senior member of the R&DE Cabinet and leadership team, the CIO is an advisor on IT issues and a business partner who contributes to broader business conversations about the creation of customer centric retail and hospitality experiences. The CIO provides vision, planning, and operational leadership for R&DE, organized a highly functioning, service-oriented team in support of a forward-looking IT environment and delivered innovative, secure, and reliable solutions.
